Wild fish and shellfish are caught in many sizes. The shape of our portions can change according to landings. We source the best available size.

Received weight might vary within 10% of the listed weight.

Information regarding the catch area, the method of capture, and fish sustainability is available through our support team.

Prices, Sizes, Weight & Packing quantity can be modified at any times. Existing orders will always be honored as pre-agreed.

For quality purpose, we reserve the right to to remove any products from the listing or existing orders at any time.

If a product you ordered is not available, we will contact you to offer you an alternative or the option to cancel the order.

CANCELLATION: No problem. But call us as soon as possible, once your order has left, it is too late!

Check your order when you get it. Complaints are not accepted 24 hours after you accepted/collected your order.

Fish is a fresh product, we operate a strict no return policy.

Lobsters Direct gift vouchers have no expiry date, and apply to any products.

If you are opting for Home delivery please give us precise delivery instructions. No refund if no one was home and the box left undelivered. If you have a secure place for the box to be left we can contact our courier to check if this is suitable.
