Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19 restrictions shipping is currently only available in County Louth. We will update our customers and followers on any changes to our delivery process through our social media and website in the near future. 

Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Please choose your preferred delivery day for your purchase. If delivery date needs to be changed please contact our support team through our contact us page.

IF YOU PARCEL GETS DELAYED BY OUR DELIVERY TEAM, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. WE PACK WITH ENOUGH ICE TO KEEP IT FRESH JUST IN-CASE BUT WILL GLADLY REFUND FOR ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH.

Return & Exchange Policy

No one works harder than us, to make sure our customers enjoy the best lobster and seafood service. If for some reasons we got confused with your order &/or made a mistake, we need to hear about it. Contact us through our contact us page.
